Tania Jobin


Councillor Tania Jobin was first elected to council in 2010. 

Tania was born and raised in the hub of Maidstone and now resides on the 11th Concession with her husband Paul Jobin and four children ages 11, 10, 9, and 8.  

Tania is a successful Owner Operator of a family business for the past 10 years.  She has also worked in various organizations within Essex County.  Tania holds a certification in Human Resources, Health and Safety, Cost Control, Communication, Customer Service, Moral and Leadership, Advance Food and Safety and holds a recruitment/training/disciplinary qualification.

Important Issues for 2015-2018

  • Reviewing the Towns' Rural Watermain Policy
  • Educate and better inform residents on municipal drains and drainage related matters.
  • Work collaboratively with council on making decisions that are in the best interest of the entire municipality.
