Tecumseh’s Chief Administrative Officer, Tony Haddad, has been leading the Town’s Administration since December 2007. Reporting to the Mayor and Council for:
1. Administration and management of the business affairs of the municipal corporation
2. Efficient and effective administration of municipal departments & staff
3. Advising the Mayor & Council on town business matters
4. Liaison with all orders of government, local boards, commissions & agencies
5. Policy development & administration of corporate directives as approved by Council
6. Development of sound business plans to support service levels & fiscal responsibility
7. Ensuring focus on quality customer service in the delivery of programs & services
8. Fostering a strong, effective municipal administration through continuous improvement to support the timely implementation of council initiatives

Director of Financial Services & Treasurer – Mr. Luc Gagnon
- Managing the Town’s finances in a fiscally responsible and prudent manner
- Development of long range financial plans, strategies and policies
- Formulation of the municipal operating and capital budgets
- Financial reporting and controls
- Providing objective professional support on major strategic and financial iniatives
- Administering the procurement of goods and services
- Liaison with regulatory officials/agencies (external auditors and financial services)
Director of Information Technology – Mr. Shaun Fuerth
- Support for all IT related information systems
- Design and maintenance of website
- Geographic Information Systems
- Providing user support and training
Director of Planning & Building Services – Mr. Brian Hillman
- Providing professional planning advice to Council, the Planning Committee, the Committee of Adjustment, the Ontario Municipal Board and other agencies
- Managing and administering the Town’s development control function
- Promoting strong, healthy and sustainable community development
- Establishing operating procedures and standards covering the services delivered by the Planning and Building Services Department
Director of Public Works & Environmental Services – Mr. George De Groot
- Maintenance of water and storm water system
- Parks and recreation facilities
- Fleet maintenance
- Roads maintenance
- Special Events
- Refuse and Recycling Collection
- Liaising with consulting engineers
- Delivery of capital projects
Director of Fire Services – Mr. Ken McMullen
- Responding to all emergency calls for fire suppression, medical calls, and motor vehicle accidents
- Responding to all industrial accidents
- Inspection of all public assemblies, institutional, industrial and high hazard structures
- Public education on fire prevention
