Notice of Alley Closure and Sale
Little River and Barry Avenue

In accordance with Section 34(1) of The Municipal Act 2001, S.O. 2001 c.25, and the Town’s Notice By-law No. 2003-06, as amended, and Sale of Land By-law No. 2003-09, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh intends to pass a by-law, at its regular meeting to be held:

Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.

in the Council Chambers of the Tecumseh Town Hall, located 917 Lesperance Road, Tecumseh, ON, or as soon thereafter as Council shall determine, to close, stop up and convey the alley on Little River and Barry Avenue.

Little River and Barry Avenue is shown in green on the Key Map below:

Tecumseh Council shall hear any person who claims their land will be prejudicially affected by such by-law and who applies to be heard, at the above-referenced meeting, by contacting the Acting Clerk, Jennifer Alexander, at 519-735-2184 Ext. 139, or email at jalexander@tecumseh.ca before Monday, September 19, 2022.
