The Tecumseh Recreation Complex and Arena will be adjusting their office hours for in-person service beginning Monday, September 21, 2020. The new in-person drop in hours will be Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The change is being implemented to accommodate public health guidelines regarding number of people inside a building as the arena has opened both ice surfaces for rentals. There are still restrictions on number of people permitted inside and facility staff reserve the right to restrict entrance. Users are strongly encouraged to utilize phone and scheduled appointment options for service before attending in person. The new hours are as follows:

Anyone entering the building is required to conduct the posted  COVID-19 self-screening questionnaire, wear a mask and follow the signage posted on the doors and within the facility. If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, stay home.

“We encourage customers to continue to utilize our online and over-the-phone services where possible,” says Paul Anthony, Director of Parks and Recreation. “If you are not able to attend the facility during the in-person servicing hours, please schedule an appointment for an alternate time for in-person service.”
