Town of Tecumseh Victoria Day Hours

Town Hall

The Town of Tecumseh offices will be closed on Friday, May 19, and Victoria Day, Monday, May 22, 2023.

Payments may be dropped off at Town Hall using the secure drop box located beside the main entrance door at 917 Lesperance Road. Please ensure information on the envelope is clearly outlined (e.g. name, address, tax roll number, application and/or other identifying details to assist staff). As an alternative, the Town’s website also offers information on other payment methods. (www.tecumseh.ca). 

Community and Recreation Services

The Tecumseh Arena office will be closed Friday, May 19, through Monday, May 23, for the Victoria Day holiday. The arena will remain open for all scheduled rentals on May 19, 20 and 21 but will be closed on Monday, May 22.

Join The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach for their Victoria Day fireworks on Saturday, May 20 at Optimist Park. Fireworks start at dusk. You can find more details at calendar.tecumseh.ca.

Tecumseh Transit

There will be no transit service on Victoria Day, Monday, May 22. Information about on-demand transit service is available on the Town’s website.

Recycling and Yard Waste Collection

There are no changes to the regularly scheduled garbage, recycling, and yard waste collections. Please refer to your 2023 Waste Collection Calendar for more information.
