Temporary Road Maintenance – Asphalt Resurfacing

Please be advised that improvements to the road listed below will be undertaken from approximately June 16, 2022 to July 29, 2022. Improvements will include grinding and re-asphalting the existing pavement surface.

Poisson Street, Tecumseh Road to Arbour
Piccadilly Avenue, Full Extent
Trafalgar Court, Full Extent  
Verdant Court, Full Extent
Maisonneuve Street, St. Anne to Lesperance
Intersection Road, Lesperance to Shawnee
Green Valley Drive, Meadowland to Brunelle
Riverside Drive. Arlington to Kensington

The contractor for these improvements is CoCo Paving.

The roadway will be open to traffic at all times but may be disrupted for short periods while the work is undertaken. Access to your driveway will be maintained; however, there may be periods where it may be obstructed. Please refrain from parking on the roadway until the works are complete. Signs will be placed along the road indicating the no parking restriction ahead of the work to begin.

We ask for your cooperation during this period.

Be aware that the equipment used in this operation is large and that working space is limited resulting in reduced visibility for the operators. Stay clear of equipment while it is operating. The grinding operation will also leave a small lip at the edge of curb gutter. Care should be taken when walking until work is complete.
