Starting Monday, August 17, construction will begin on new improvements at Southfield Park. The park will be closed and there will be no access to the park until construction is completed. Residents are advised to avoid the area.

Tecumseh Releases List of Certified 2026 Tecumseh Election Candidates

The Town of Tecumseh has released the certified list of candidates running in the 2026 Tecumseh Municipal and School Board Election on its website. The candidates listed have been qualified by the Municipal Clerk and their nominations satisfy the requirements of the Municipal Elections Act, 1996.

Residents can see who’s running and get more information at TecumsehVotes.ca. Voting opens online and by phone on September 28 until October 26 at 8:00 p.m.
