Town of Tecumseh Invites Community to Celebrate Summer’s End with Bonfire & Fireworks

Tecumseh, ON – The Town of Tecumseh, in partnership with Team Goran RE/MAX CARE Realty, is pleased to invite residents and visitors to the End of Summer Celebration, Community Bonfire & Fireworks on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Lakewood Park.

This family-friendly event offers a full evening of fun and entertainment. Festivities will kick off at 6:30 p.m. at Lakewood Park North with a community bonfire, marshmallow roast, and live beachside music performed by local artist Max Marshall. Guests of all ages can also enjoy interactive lawn games throughout the park.

Following the bonfire, a spectacular fireworks display—proudly sponsored by Diamond & Diamond Lawyers—will light up the sky at 9:00 p.m. (or dusk) from Lakewood Park South.

Getting There:
Due to limited onsite parking, attendees are encouraged to take advantage of a complimentary shuttle service running between Tecumseh Arena and Lakewood Park from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. In addition, a free bike valet will be provided by Bike Windsor-Essex to support active transportation.

Attendees are reminded to bring blankets, lawn chairs, and bug spray, and to dress appropriately for an evening outdoors.
