Building Services By-Law Enforcement
If you have a complaint or need information on building services by-laws, contact the Building Services Department. The Building Services Department enforces the following by-laws:
- Zoning By-Laws
- Property Standard By-Law
- Land Maintenance By-Law
- Lot Grading By-Law
- Fence By-Law
- Sign By-Law
- Snow Removal By-Law
Other departments of the Town enforce by-laws not included in the above list. Should you need information on other by-laws, please contact the Legislative and Clerk Services Department.
Frequently Requested By-Laws
Below is a list of frequently requested by-laws. Please be aware that:
- the short descriptions provided are for general information only;
- by-laws are amended from time to time, as circumstances change; and
- as soon as possible after a by-law is updated, a new version, with amendments inserted, is published on this page and noted as (Consolidated). A consolidated by-law is one that includes some or all amendments that have been made to it and is provided as a convenience only and should not be relied on as an official copy. The official copy of a by-law may be obtained from the Legislative and Clerk Services Department.
