LABOUR DAY HOLIDAY IN TECUMSEH

TECUMSEH END OF SUMMER CELEBRATION

Tecumseh Community and Recreation Services is excited to host an End of Summer Celebration event on Saturday, August 30 at Lakewood Park starting at 6:30pm. The event begins with a Community Bonfire and Marshmallow Roast by the beach, while local artist Max Marshall plays some tunes! Afterwards, fireworks will take place at Lakewood Park South at dusk!  Event information

TOWN HALL

The Town of Tecumseh offices will be closed on Friday, August 29 and Monday, September 1 to celebrate the Labour Day holiday. 

Payments may be dropped off at Town Hall using the secure drop box located beside the main entrance door. Please ensure information on the envelope is clearly outlined (e.g. name, address, tax roll number, application and/or other identifying details to assist staff). As an alternative, the Town’s website also offers online services and payments (www.tecumseh.ca).

TECUMSEH TRANSIT

There will be no transit service on Monday, September 1. Information on the Town’s transit service is available on the Town’s website.

TECUMSEH ARENA & RECREATION COMPLEX

The Community and Recreation Services department will be closed on Friday, August 29 and Monday, September 1, 2024. 

GARBAGE COLLECTION

There are no changes to the Garbage Collection schedule. You can view the 2025 Collection Calendar here.
