Water and Wastewater Rates for 2026

The Council of The Corporation of the Town of Tecumseh, will consider a Report, at its regular
meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of
the Tecumseh Town Hall located at 917 Lesperance Road, or as soon thereafter as Council shall
determine, pertaining to a change in the fees and charges for:

• the consumption of water; and
• the treatment and disposal of wastewater.

The purpose of 2023 Water and Wastewater Rate Study is to update Water and Wastewater rates to ensure a full cost recovery of water and waster water services for 2026.  Information on the Water and Wastewater Rate Study can be found at the Town’s website.

A By-law to establish the 2026 fees and charges for the consumption of water and treatment and disposal of wastewater will also be considered by Council at their regular meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025.
