Recycling Cart Exchange Request Form Now Open

Circular Materials has opened the Recycling Cart Exchange Request Form for households wishing to exchange their larger 360 litre recycling cart for a smaller 240 litre recycling cart.

It's noted that only one cart exchange is permitted per address. Circular Materials recommends using your 360 litre recycling cart for at least three bi-weekly collection pickups (over six weeks) to understand your household's needs before making an exchange request.

The first recycling pickup day is on Saturday, January 3, 2026. Recycling will then be picked up bi-weekly on Thursdays.
