Town of Tecumseh Victoria Day Hours

The Town of Tecumseh offices will be closed on Friday, May 16, and Victoria Day, Monday, May 19, 2025.

Payments may be dropped off at Town Hall using the secure drop box located beside the main entrance door at 917 Lesperance Road. Please ensure information on the envelope is clearly outlined (e.g. name, address, tax roll number, application and/or other identifying details to assist staff). As an alternative, the Town’s website also offers information on other payment methods.

Community and Recreation Services

The Tecumseh Arena office will be closed Friday, May 16, through Monday, May 19, for the Victoria Day holiday. The arena will remain open for all scheduled rentals.

Join The Optimist Club of St. Clair Beach for their Victoria Day fireworks on Saturday, May 17 at Optimist Park. Fireworks start at dusk. You can find more details at www.optimistscb.org/fireworks. 

Tecumseh Transit

There will be no transit service on Victoria Day, Monday, May 19. You can find more information on Tecumseh Transit at www.tecumseh.ca/transit

Recycling and Yard Waste Collection

Recycling collection has moved from Friday, May 23 to Saturday, May 24 because of the Victoria Day holiday. Please refer to your 2025 Waste Collection Calendar for more information.
