Please note: The Snow Angels Program is currently at capacity. A waiting list is in effect for the 2025 season. Residents may still submit their names for the service; however, the Town cannot guarantee assistance as volunteer availability is limited. We appreciate your understanding.

Are you a senior at least 65 years old or older or are a person with physical disabilities and need help when it comes to shovelling your sidewalk or driveway?

The Town of Tecumseh provides a Snow Angels Program to clear snow from municipal sidewalks and driveway entrances. The program runs from October 31 to late March 31, annually. 

The Program is available for Town of Tecumseh residents who are:

• Senior residents (must be 65 years or older); or
• Persons with physical disabilities.

To be eligible for the Program, you must provide at least one of the following:

• Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Receipt/Stub
• Accessible Parking Permit Number
• Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB) Client Card copy
• Disability Travel Card copy
• Completed Statement by a Doctor
• Proof of age
