• We begin booking pavilions in April for the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons.

• By-law requires those meetings of 25 and more to have a permit
• Pavilions are regularly rented. Groups with confirmed reservations have priority use and others will be required to vacate
• Allows us to ensure bathrooms/ facilities are upkept, picnic tables are presen

• Please bring a physical or digital copy of your permit.

• Rain dates are not issued so please plan accordingly
• The customer may cancel a scheduled rental up to 2 weeks before the event
• Up to 48 hours prior, rental cancelation fee with apply
• Within 48 hours, rental fee will be non-refundable

• In the event there is a problem that requires immediate attention contact
  • During Regular Business Hours call Tecumseh Parks and Recreation Office at 519-735-4756
  • After Hours Park Maintenance concerns (Pavilions, Garbage Cans, Park Equipment) call 519-259-159

• BBQs are permitted in the parks. There are no charcoal disposals on site. Never leave BBQs unattended while in use.

• There are 10 picnic tables at each pavilion.

• Permits can be booked over the phone at 519-735-4756 or by contacting us at recreation@tecumseh.ca by email.

• No person shall operate or use or cause to be operated or used any sound reproduction device in a public space. This -includes radios, speakers, microphones, megaphones, etc.

• Renters are able to obtain their own insurance, or insurance can be purchased directly through the township.
• Insurance is needed for the entire duration of your rental which includes set up and take down.
• If obtaining own insurance than the customer shall purchase and provide proof of liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000 a minimum two weeks prior to the event
