100th Anniversary Logo Contest Winner to be Announced

The media and the public are invited to join Tecumseh Mayor Gary McNamara and members of the Mayor’s 100th Anniversary Task Force on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, for the announcement of the winner of the 100th Anniversary Logo Contest.

The winning logo design will be revealed during the regular Council meeting, which will be livestreamed starting at 7 p.m.

The Town wanted a new logo to symbolize and market celebrations this year honouring the Town’s centennial. In October 2021, the Town conducted a contest open to all Tecumseh elementary and secondary students. The students were asked to submit an original design that depicted what makes Tecumseh the wonderful community it is – past, present and future.

The winning design will be the inspiration behind the final anniversary logo, which will be used on event materials and promotions throughout the year.
