COVID-19 Update: The provincewide emergency brake was implemented on April 3, 2021 in response to the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. All public health and workplace safety measures under the emergency brake will remain in place until Ontario enters Step One of the Roadmap to Reopen, at which point restrictions will ease with an initial focus on outdoor settings. At this time, sports fields in our parks are open, with restrictions in place. League play, training, and scrimmages are not permitted. Only casual play with 5 or less people is permitted at this time.

Outdoor play equipment will not be sanitized and users are encouraged to practice proper hand hygiene, keep a physical distance of 2 metres (6 ft) and wear a mask or face covering when physical distancing cannot be maintained. If a playground is busy, it is recommended that you find another park or return to play another time. Signage will be posted at each facility indicating COVID-19 safe play recommendations.

Thank you for helping slow the spread of COVID-19.
