COVID-19 Update: The Windsor-Essex area will move into Stage 3 of the Provincial Framework for Reopening as of Wednesday, August 12. This means that recreational facilities within the Town of Tecumseh are permitted to reopen within Ontario public health guidelines and regulations. 

Signage will be posted at each facility indicating COVID-19 safe play recommendations. Individuals using these facilities are reminded to keep their distance from others at the facility by leaving 2 metres of space at all times. Users are to provide their own equipment and wash/sanitize hands and equipment before and after play.

Baseball diamonds are primarily reserved for league use but individual permits may be issued if space is available. To request a permit for use of a Tecumseh Baseball Diamond, contact the Tecumseh Parks and Recreation office at 519-735-4756 ext. 425.

The diamonds at Little River Park and Shawanoe Park are available for public use (no permit required).
