COVID-19 Update: The provincewide emergency brake was implemented on April 3, 2021 in response to the third wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. All public health and workplace safety measures under the emergency brake will remain in place until Ontario enters Step One of the Roadmap to Reopen, at which point restrictions will ease with an initial focus on outdoor settings. At this time, sports fields in our parks are open, with restrictions in place. League play, training, and scrimmages are not permitted. Only casual play with 5 or less people is permitted at this time.
Signage will be posted at each facility indicating COVID-19 safe play recommendations. Individuals using these facilities are reminded to keep their distance from others at the facility by leaving 2 metres of space at all times. Users are to provide their own equipment and wash/sanitize hands and equipment before and after play.
Thank you for helping slow the spread of COVID-19.
