Front Line Services at Tecumseh Town Hall during COVID-19 Pandemic

With construction well underway on the Tecumseh Town Hall renovation, changes to front line services related to the COVID-19 pandemic include customer service hours being shortened to 1pm-4:30pm Monday to Friday.  The service counters for Building and Planning, Public Works, Clerks and Finance have been moved to Council Chambers off McNorton Street. Anyone seeking in-person, front line support is directed to the north side of the building. For those wishing to drop off paperwork or tax payments, a mail drop is also located at this entrance. There are 7 designated parking spots for the public and a fully accessible entrance. Parking is also available at the Lesperance Road lot.

In addition to changes to front line support, Tecumseh Town Council continues to hold their meetings virtually and are live-streamed to the public.  Links to these meetings can be found on our meeting calendar page.

Residents wishing to make their tax payments via pre-authorized payment may do so by filling out the application at: www.tecumseh.ca/PAP_application. The application and attachments may be dropped off at Town Hall Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tax payments may also be made via banking institutions and telephone and online banking.
