Christmas in Tecumseh & Santa Claus Parade 2022

Tecumseh, ON - Santa Claus is coming to Town on Friday, November 18, and the community is invited to help kick off the holiday season at the annual Christmas in Tecumseh celebration and parade!  

"I'm looking forward to the 2022 Christmas in Tecumseh events and I hope to see the community come out and celebrate,” said Mayor Gary McNamara. “We have such an amazing line up of activities for kids and adults of all ages – from meeting Santa Claus to a public skate while listening to some holiday tunes!”

This year’s Santa Parade will begin shortly after 6:00pm and will begin at the corner of Lacasse Blvd and Clapp St. before traveling southbound along Lacasse Blvd to Tecumseh Rd, continuing westbound on Tecumseh Rd to Lesperance Rd, and will make a final turn northbound travelling on Lesperance Rd to Tecumseh Town Hall.

In addition to the parade, several FREE activities are scheduled throughout the evening including: 

• Meet & Greets with Santa and Mrs. Claus
• Musical Tractor Hayrides
• Outdoor Movie: Mickey's Once Upon A Christmas (1999)
• Fire Department Open House
• Outdoor Marshmallow Roast 
• Putt Putt Golf
• Holiday Arts & Crafts
• & Public Skating
