Town of Tecumseh 2022 Municipal Election Results

Tecumseh, ON - The Town of Tecumseh officially announces the elected Councillors and School Board Trustees of the 2022 Municipal and School Board Election:

Ward 1 Councillor: Alicia Higgison
Ward 2 Councillor: James Dorner
Ward 3 Councillor: Rick ‘Rico’ Tonial
Ward 5 Councillor: Tania Jobin
English Separate - Windsor Essex Catholic School Board Trustee: Mary Heath
English Public - Greater Essex County District School Board Trustee (Town of Tecumseh and Municipality of Lakeshore): Results are pending
French Public - Conseil Scholaire Viamonde Trustee: Emmanuelle Richez

The Town congratulates the elected Councillors and School Board Trustees and thanks all candidates for their interest and efforts in running for public office.

The following positions were acclaimed:

Mayor – Gary McNamara
Deputy Mayor – Joe Bachetti
Ward 4 Councillor – Brian Houston
French Catholic School Board Trustee (Conseil scolaire catholique Providence): Pauline Morais, Jacques Kenny

The inaugural meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 7:00 pm at the Ciociaro Club of Windsor, located at 3475 North Talbot Road, Tecumseh. The first regular meeting of the new term of office is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers at Town Hall.
