The Safe Drinking Water Act, 2002, Ontario Regulation 170/03 requires that Ontario municipalities complete annual reports on the water systems they operate. The annual reports are adopted by Council and made available to the public for information.

City of Windsor

The Town of Tecumseh receives treated potable water from the City of Windsor. The water treatment plant, trunk transmission mains, pumping stations and reservoirs in the City of Windsor are owned and operated by the Windsor Utilities Commission.
